Super Fast and Very Durable
this thermometer is great its super fast, durable, and its very long to temp out big products, i would highly recommend!!!!
Excellent so far!
I mainly use this thermometer while baking - to test the temperature of the water/milk when I'm starting yeast. It's really improved things for me! It's quick and accurate - it will even adjust to the temperature of the air in the second after it's been turned on and before being put in the liquid it's measuring.
I was really happy with my selection here, and I read a LOT of reviews of various thermometers before buying.
ok gadget
Not bad, although the temp reading seems to fluctuate so it's hard to determine what's the real temperature. I've yet to try it with oil...I like the fact that you can turn it off to conserve battery power.
